Boilermaker/Fabricator - 15/06/2026

We are currently seeking an experienced Boilermaker / Fabricator to join a well-established workshop based in Bayswater. This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing work with a company that values quality workmanship, safety, and reliability.

Offering a competitive hourly rate of $52.43 per hour, this position will commence on a casual basis with a strong opportunity to transition into a permanent role for the right candidate.

What's on Offer?

• $52.43 per hour + Superannuation

• Monday to Friday roster

• Morning shift: 6:00am – 2:30pm

• Overtime available with applicable penalty rates

• Stable workshop-based environment

Key Responsibilities

• Fabrication and assembly of steel components from drawings and specifications

• MIG, TIG and Flux Core welding (depending on project requirements)

• Structural steel and general fabrication work

• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings

• Use of workshop machinery and fabrication equipment

• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment

About You

• Trade qualified Boilermaker / Fabricator

• Previous workshop fabrication experience

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

• High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

• Strong understanding of workplace safety practices

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliable with a strong work ethic
