The RoleWe are looking for a vibrant and professional Guest Service Agent to join our Front Office team at View Sydney.This is a part-time position and we are specifically seeking someone who can work a combination of morning and afternoon/evening shifts, with availability for a minimum of three days per week.As the face of the hotel, you'll play a key role in creating exceptional guest experiences from arrival through to departure.
Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver outstanding customer service at check-in, throughout the stay, and at check-outManage reservations, payments, and guest enquiries efficiently and accuratelyResolve guest concerns with professionalism and carePromote room upgrades and hotel servicesWork collaboratively with all hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
What We're Looking ForPrevious hotel front office or customer service experience preferredStrong communication skills and a genuine passion for hospitalityExcellent spoken and written EnglishAvailability to work both AM and PM shiftsAvailability for a minimum of three days per weekAbility to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environmentFull Australian working rights
Highly regarded:Fluency in Korean and/or Mandarin ChineseExperience using hotel PMS systemsAustralian driver's licence
