About The Role

We are seeking experienced Site Engineers to support the delivery of road infrastructure projects across the Western Sydney region.

Working alongside Project Engineers, Project Managers and site teams, you will coordinate construction activities, manage technical and quality requirements, and help deliver projects safely, on programme and within budget. This opportunity is suited to engineers with at least three years’ post-graduate experience and demonstrated success delivering road infrastructure projects in Australia.

Key Responsibilities

coordinate daily construction activities, subcontractors and site resourcesmanage RFIs, ITPs, quality records and other project documentationsupport construction planning, programming and procurementmonitor site productivity, costs, progress and subcontractor performanceensure works comply with drawings, specifications and quality requirementscontribute to cost tracking, forecasting and project reportingresolve technical and construction issues with the wider project teambuild effective relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholderssupport the safe, timely and commercially successful delivery of roadworks.

About You

You are a proactive civil engineer with strong Australian road construction experience and the ability to coordinate people, technical requirements and site activities. To be considered, you will have:

a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering recognised by Engineers Australiaa minimum of three years’ post-graduate civil construction experiencedemonstrated experience delivering road infrastructure projects in Australiaexperience coordinating subcontractors, site activities and construction resourcesknowledge of road construction methodologies, quality systems and project controlsthe ability to interpret drawings, specifications and construction documentationstrong communication, stakeholder-management and problem-solving skillsa commitment to safety, quality and environmental outcomescapacity to work across project locations within Western Sydney.
