Content Creator & Social Media Manager

Eye of Horus (EOH Beauty) is an Australian, family owned beauty brand creating consciously crafted, high performance cosmetics inspired by beauty and ritual.

We're looking for an enthusiastic, creative and proactive Content Creator to become an integral part of our team. This isn't your typical content creator role, you'll be the creative heartbeat of the business, working alongside our Founder, Marketing Team and Brand Manager to bring the EOH brand to life across every customer touchpoint. From filming content and brainstorming campaigns to assisting customers in our Byron Bay showroom, supporting product launches and helping bring exciting collaborations and events to life, no two days will be the same.

We're looking for someone who genuinely loves beauty and makeup and is passionate about social media, enjoys being around people and has a true "can do" attitude. Someone who sees what needs doing, takes initiative and is happy to jump in wherever they're needed. The Role

As our Content Creator, you'll work across content creation, social media, ecommerce support, customer experience, brand activations and everyday business operations. You'll collaborate closely with our Founder, Management Team and our Brand Manager to ensure our brand is consistently engaging, inspiring and beautifully represented both online and in person.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation and Social Media

• Develop monthly content plans and content calendars.

• Plan, film, edit, and publish engaging content across TikTok, Instagram, Meta, YouTube, Pinterest and emerging platforms.

• Write compelling, engaging and on brand captions 

• Create tutorials, product education, BTS content and lifestyle content.

• Produce authentic UGU 

• Stay ahead of social media trends and identify new opportunities.

• Schedule and publish content across all platforms.

• Monitor community engagement and respond where appropriate.
  

Brand and Marketing

• Work alongside the Marketing Team to develop creative campaigns and content strategies.

• Brainstorm new content ideas with our Brand Manager to support product launches and campaigns.

• Assist with influencer partnerships and creator collaborations.

• Work with our advertising agency to ensure content aligns with paid campaigns.

• Ensure all content reflects the EOH brand voice and visual identity

Customer Experience

• Welcome and assist customers visiting our Byron Bay showroom.

• Demonstrate products and provide makeup recommendations.

• Create content while interacting with customers (where appropriate).

• Help maintain a beautiful, inspiring retail environment

Events and Collaborations

• Assist with campaign shoots and photoshoots.

• Help coordinate influencer visits and collaborations.

• Capture live content during events, launches and masterclasses.

• Support the team with event setup and pack down

Ecommerce and Business Support

• Work alongside our Brand Manager to create content that supports online sales.

• Assist with website imagery, product launches and promotional campaigns.

• Help identify new content opportunities that improve customer engagement and conversion.

• Provide general support to the Founder and Management Team across marketing initiatives and daily projects.

• Be a proactive team player, willing to assist wherever needed to support the growth of the business.

About You

• Has a natural eye for aesthetics and storytelling.

Bonus if You Have

• Beauty retail or makeup artistry experience.

• Photography or videography skills

• Experience using an editing suite including CapCut, Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

• Shopify or ecommerce experience.

• Experience managing influencer relationships.

• Knowledge of Meta Business Suite and TikTok.

• A passion for creating viral, authentic content.
