PMO Coordinator- Automotive Finance Technology

Key Responsibilities

• Support project planning, execution, and delivery activities across enterprise technology implementations

• Maintain project schedules, milestones, action items, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and project documentation

• Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal and client stakeholders

• Coordinate communication between business users, technical teams, vendors, and project stakeholders

• Organise and facilitate project meetings, workshops, and follow-up activities

• Track project deliverables and ensure actions are completed within agreed timelines

• Support change management, process documentation, and implementation activities

• Assist with project governance processes, including reporting, quality management, and compliance requirements

• Identify potential risks and issues and support mitigation planning

About You

We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and enjoys working in a fast-paced technology delivery environment.

You will ideally have:

• Experience in PMO, project coordination, project administration, or business operations roles

• Experience supporting technology implementation projects or digital transformation initiatives

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality documentation and reports

• Ability to work collaboratively with both business and technical stakeholders

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Highly Desirable

Candidates with experience in any of the following areas will be highly regarded:

• Automotive finance, banking, lending, leasing, or financial services industries

• Core banking, loan origination, credit decisioning, or lending platforms

• Enterprise software implementation projects

• Agile delivery methodologies and project management frameworks

• Experience working with international teams and clients
