About the OpportunityWe’re looking for a Senior Project Manager with proven experience delivering social infrastructure particularly across seniors living, aged care, and housing in our Sydney office. This is your chance to lead high-impact projects from concept through to completion, working alongside developers, operators, designers and government stakeholders to deliver outcomes that genuinely change lives.
You’ll be part of a tight-knit, ambitious team that values quality over quantity, builds long-term client partnerships, and supports each other to grow.
What You’ll DoLead the end-to-end project management of seniors living, aged care, and/or social and affordable housing projectsManage time, cost, quality, risk and stakeholder outcomes across multiple concurrent projectsDevelop and oversee project plans, programs, budgets, and procurement strategiesWork closely with clients, designers, contractors and consultants as the trusted Planix leadMentor junior team members and contribute to continue Planix’s reputation as the partner of choice in social infrastructureIdentify and pursue new opportunities to grow our presence in nationally
What We’re Looking For8+ years’ project management experience in the construction or development industryDemonstrated experience delivering social infrastructure projects particularly across seniors living, aged care, retirement villages, and/or social or affordable housingStrong commercial acumen, with the ability to lead procurement, manage budgets, and identify risks earlyExcellent stakeholder management skills comfortable working across public sector, not-for-profit and private clientsTertiary qualifications in construction management, engineering, architecture or related disciplineA genuine passion for delivering projects that have lasting community impact
