We are a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) delivering quality vocational education to students across a range of industry areas. We're looking for an experienced (independent contractor) Trainer/Assessor to join our team and deliver our Diploma of Community Services (CHC52025).

About the Role

We're seeking a passionate and experienced Trainer/Assessor to deliver face-to-face classes at our Fortitude Valley campus. The role includes teaching and facilitating classes, marking and assessing student submissions, providing feedback in line with assessment requirements, placement visits and assisting with ad hoc duties as required.

Key requirements:

- Must be available Thursdays for face-to-face delivery

- Current TAE40122 (or equivalent) Certificate IV in Training and Assessment

- Relevant vocational competencies and industry experience in Community Services

- Demonstrated currency in the vocational area, with an up-to-date trainer matrix and professional development (PD) log

You're an engaging, student-focused trainer with a genuine passion for community services education, strong classroom management skills, and a commitment to quality training and assessment outcomes.
