About the Role

We are seeking motivated and reliable people to join our Farm Support Team. These hands-on roles are essential to maintaining and developing our farms and supporting berry production throughout the year.

Opportunities are available in the following areas:

Machinery Operators

• Operate tractors, excavators, telehandlers, forklifts, and other farm machinery

• Carry out general farm operations and maintenance tasks

• Follow safe operating procedures and equipment maintenance requirements

Farm Hands

• Plant maintenance and crop support activities

• Tunnel construction and maintenance

• Mowing, whipper snipping, and general farm upkeep

• Assist with seasonal farm projects as required

Irrigation Crew

• Install, monitor and maintain irrigation systems

• Identify and repair faults

• Ensure irrigation infrastructure operates efficiently to support production

About You

We're looking for people who:

• Are physically fit and capable of working outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Can work effectively as part of a team

• Are reliable, punctual and committed to attending work consistently

• Have their own reliable transport

• Are willing to work across multiple farm sites as required

• Have experience in similar roles (desirable but not essential, training will be provided for the right candidates)

• Hold unrestricted working rights in Tasmania

Weekend work will be required.
