Senior Registered Architect / Team Leader

Ammache Architects is seeking an exceptional Senior Registered Architect / Team Leader to join our leadership team.

This is a senior leadership role for an architect with 12–15+ years of Australian experience who can confidently lead projects from concept through planning, documentation, construction and project completion across residential, medium to high-density, commercial, childcare, industrial and mixed-use developments.

Essential Requirements

* Registered Architect (preferred)
* Minimum 12–15 years of Australian architectural experience
* Advanced Revit proficiency is essential. Applicants without strong Revit experience will not be considered.
* Proven experience managing projects from concept through to completion
* Strong knowledge of Victorian Planning Schemes, NCC, Australian Standards and local authority approval processes
* Extensive experience in consultant coordination, contract administration and construction delivery
* Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor and manage architectural teams
* Excellent client, communication and organisational skills
* Strong technical documentation, detailing and construction knowledge
* Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining exceptional quality and meeting project deadlines

Key Responsibilities

* Lead projects from concept to completion
* Manage clients, consultants and project teams
* Oversee planning applications, documentation and authority approvals
* Coordinate consultants and construction documentation
* Undertake contract administration and site inspections
* Mentor architects, graduates and documentation teams
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest professional standard
