About the Role

As a Process Operator, you will be responsible for operating packaging equipment and supporting production activities to ensure customer orders are completed accurately, safely and on time.

Working within an experienced production team, you will contribute to achieving production targets while maintaining our high standards of quality and workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate automated and semi-automated packing equipment

• Set up and monitor production runs

• Load and replenish packaging materials

• Assemble and pack customer products to specification

• Conduct quality inspections and identify product defects

• Accurately complete production documentation and system entries

• Meet daily production and customer delivery targets

• Minimise material waste and improve production efficiency

• Maintain a clean and organised work area using 5S principles

• Identify and report safety, quality or equipment issues

• Assist with changeovers and other production activities as required

• Support and work collaboratively with fellow operators and team leaders

About You

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:

• Previous experience in packaging or production (preferred)

• Experience operating production or packaging machinery (advantageous)

• Strong attention to detail

• Commitment to producing high-quality work

• Good problem-solving skills and initiative

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Basic computer skills

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Flexibility to perform a variety of production tasks
