About the role
We are seeking two experienced Master 5 Skippers who also hold Divemaster qualifications to join our luxury island resort team in the heart of the Great Barrier Reef. This is an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals who are passionate about boating, diving, customer service, and working in a dynamic marine environment.
About the Role
As a Master 5 Skipper and Divemaster, you will be responsible for safely operating commercial vessels while delivering exceptional experiences for our guests. You will also assist with dive operations, snorkelling charters, fishing trips, and ensure the highest standards of safety are maintained at all times.
Essential Requirements
Current Master 5 qualification.
Divemaster certification (PADI, SSI or equivalent).
Current First Aid, CPR & O2 certification.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work weekends, public holidays, and flexible hours.
Strong commitment to safety and professionalism.
