Labourer

We are seeking an experienced HR Truck Driver and Labourer to join our Concrete Maintenance team on a full-time basis.

This is a hands-on role combining truck driving, plant operation and manual labour on concrete maintenance projects across Melbourne. You will work alongside the crew carrying out demolition, site preparation and general concrete works.

• Drive HR trucks safely between the yard and worksites.
• Assist with concrete demolition, preparation and maintenance works.
• Operate demolition saws, Wacker plates and other small plant.
• Operate an excavator where suitably experienced and ticketed.
• Complete manual tasks, including loading, unloading and site clean-up.
• Follow all safety, environmental and quality requirements.

• HR licence and demonstrated truck-driving experience.
• Previous civil construction, concrete or maintenance experience.
• Confidence using demolition saws, Wacker plates and small plant.
• Excavator experience and relevant tickets are highly regarded.
• White Card.
• Strong safety awareness and a willingness to undertake manual work.
• Reliable, practical and able to work effectively as part of a crew.
