Customer Service Representative

Based at our Frenchs Forest office, this full-time opportunity offers the chance to join a collaborative and high-performing team within a global organisation.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play an important role in driving sales growth and delivering an outstanding customer experience. You will be responsible for preparing quotations, processing customer orders, managing order confirmations, and providing customers with timely support throughout their journey.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be part of a small, experienced team that works closely with Sales and other departments across the business to ensure customers receive exceptional service and support.

• Provide telephone sales support and assist customers with technical and non-technical enquiries.

• Prepare, manage and follow up customer quotations.

• Process customer orders and issue order confirmations accurately and efficiently.

• Identify, record and follow up sales opportunities.

• Maintain accurate customer and account information within internal systems.

• Prepare and issue proforma invoices, invoices, credit notes and debit notes as required.

• Assist with reporting and provide general administrative support to the team.

• Previous experience in customer service, sales support or customer administration (2+ years preferred).

• Certificate, Diploma or higher qualification in Electrical, Electronics or a related technical field is advantageous.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong customer focus with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

• High attention to detail and the ability to follow established processes.

• A collaborative, flexible and team-oriented approach.

• Positive attitude with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.

• Familiarity with electrical cables, wires and accessories will be highly regarded.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Experience using SAP, Salesforce or other ERP/CRM systems is desirable.
