About The Role

Our Duty Managers / Assistant Managers provide hands-on support with the running of shifts. With the help of store management you’ll be responsible for:

• Leading and coaching a large team to deliver the ‘sweetest’ experience and go above and beyond to nurture our customers

• Motivating your team to achieve sales targets and KPI’s

• Supporting the cafe manager with store operations and standards

• Maintaining cafe presentation to wow our customers   

• Part time / Full time opportunity to work across a flexible 7-day roster 

About You…

The San Churro Familia is passionate about creating memorable experiences for our customers and we take on this mission with passion, pride, and a sense of adventure. Along with sharing these values, you’ll also need:

• Experience in hospitality 

• Supervisory experience is ideal

• Barista Experience will be a bonus!!

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service and leadership skills

• Ability to work during peak trading days and hours, including evenings and weekends
