About The Role

We have a great opportunity for an enthusiastic Perioperative Registered Nurse Scrub/ Scout to join our clinical team on a full-time basis.

Great work/ life balance - Monday to Friday flexible roster - no weekends or public holidays - hospital closed over the Christmas and New Year period.

Duties And Responsibilities

This role will see you working collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary healthcare team to support patient care needs and deliver exceptional clinical outcomes.

Assist the nursing team to deliver safe, evidence-based patient careEnsure the Theatre complex and equipment are ready for surgeryEnsure patient safety and communication with surgical team is always a key focusMonitor and evaluate patient recovery, addressing any complicationsDeliver education and support to patients for the management of their recoverySupervise and support Enrolled Nurses on shift

About You

You have a genuine passion for nursing, providing world-class patient care and adding value to Australian healthcare. You will have:

Solid experience in Perioperative Scrub/ Scout nursingExperience in the below specialties desirableCurrent AHPRA registrationExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
