Personal Care Worker – Immediate Start

About The Role

In this hands-on position, you’ll play an important part in the day-to-day life of our facility by supporting residents with their daily needs, including:

Assisting with personal care, hygiene, mobility, and mealsSupporting residents' emotional wellbeing and helping with social activitiesMaintaining dignity, privacy, and respect for our residents at all timesCompleting daily care charts and reporting any changes in health to the Registered/Enrolled NursesWorking collaboratively with the broader team to support a high standard of care delivery

Requirements

Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalentCurrent National Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)Basic computer skills for reporting (email and internet use)Availability to work a flexible roster across different shiftsAustralian working rights (We are not able to offer sponsorship)

Desirable

Previous experience in a direct care role within aged careCurrent First Aid and CPR certificatesCertificate III in Individual Support or equivalent
