About the Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer focused Sales Consultant to join our team on a full-time basis. You'll be the first point of contact for customers coming in to explore their flooring and window furnishing options, and you'll play a key role in guiding them from initial enquiry through to a completed sale.

Day to day, you'll:

-       Welcome customers and understand their flooring needs, budget, and style preferences

-       Provide expert product advice across carpet, hard flooring, window furnishings and rugs

-       Prepare quotes, process orders, and coordinate measure and install bookings

-       Build long term relationships that turn one-off customers into repeat business and referrals

-       Maintain an inviting, well-presented showroom

-       Meet and exceed sales targets while delivering a great customer experience every time

What You'll Bring

-       Previous experience in retail sales or a customer facing role (flooring or home improvement experience is a bonus, but not essential)

-       A genuine passion for helping people and delivering great service

-       Strong communication skills and confidence guiding customers through a purchase decision

-       Good numeracy skills for quoting and processing sales

-       A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn our product range

-       Availability to work retail hours, including weekends
