What will your day look like?Manage and strengthen customer relationships to achieve shared business goalsPerform product design and conduct gap analysis against standard SAP functionalityCollaborate with onshore and offshore teams to deliver solutions on timePlan, prioritise, and manage multiple project activities effectivelyAct as a bridge between business and technology stakeholdersGather, analyse, and validate business requirementsCommunicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersConduct workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement discussionsParticipate in all project phases (Design, Build, Testing, UAT, Deployment, Hypercare) in an Agile/SaaS environmentPerform fit-gap analysis and assess feasibility of requirementsConfigure and implement SAP SuccessFactors solutions and prototypesSupport testing cycles (Unit Testing, SIT, UAT) and defect resolutionConduct system demos and walkthroughsAssist with data migration and cutover activitiesProvide post go-live support and continuous improvementsIdentify risks, issues, and drive resolution with project teams

🔹 Must Have Skills & ExperienceStrong experience in SAP SuccessFactors modules:Performance & GoalsCompensationSuccession & DevelopmentProven experience in SAP HR / People Operations / HR ITHands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD and Employee CenterMinimum 3 end-to-end implementations as a Lead Functional Consultant (Talent modules)Strong understanding of SuccessFactors ecosystem and integrationsExperience in requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, UAT, and deploymentStrong stakeholder management and consulting skillsKnowledge of HR processes and HCM conceptsExcellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
