NHR Staffing Group is currently seeking compassionate, skilled and reliable Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses and Carers to join our growing team across Queensland.

We have opportunities available across Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, regional Queensland and surrounding areas, with roles across aged care, community care, disability and healthcare settings.

About the Role
As part of the NHR team, you will provide safe, high-quality and person-centred care while supporting the health, wellbeing, dignity and independence of our clients.

Depending on your role and qualifications, responsibilities may include:

• Providing high-quality nursing, personal and support care
• Assisting clients with daily living and personal care
• Monitoring and reporting changes in health and wellbeing
• Maintaining accurate care and clinical documentation
• Working collaboratively with clients, families and healthcare teams
• Promoting dignity, choice, independence and positive outcomes
• Following relevant policies, procedures and professional standards

What We're Looking For
We welcome applications from experienced RNs, ENs and Carers who are:

• Compassionate, reliable and professional
• Committed to providing person-centred care
• Strong communicators and team players
• Flexible and available for a range of shifts
• Experienced in aged care, disability, community care or healthcare

For RNs and ENs: Current AHPRA registration and relevant nursing qualifications are required.

For Carers: Relevant care experience and/or qualifications such as Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Aged Care or Disability are highly regarded.
Applicants must have the right to work in Australia and meet relevant screening and compliance requirements for their position, which may include a National Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check and Blue Card where applicable.
