Construction Liaison

About the Role

As a Construction Liaison, you'll be the key point of contact for clients from site start through to handover, ensuring every interaction is clear, timely and supportive. You'll work closely with Site Supervisors, suppliers and internal teams to coordinate information, resolve issues and keep builds running smoothly. From preparing documentation to guiding clients through their handover, this dynamic role directly contributes to client satisfaction and the success of every project.

It's a role with real variety and real impact, you'll be the steady, reassuring presence that helps turn a complex build into a positive experience for our clients.

About You

You're a natural communicator with a strong client focus and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding experiences. Importantly, you understand the residential construction process,  the stages of a build, what happens on site, and the milestones that matter most to clients, so you can keep them informed and confident at every step.

You'll ideally bring experience in client-facing roles within residential construction, along with a real appreciation for the importance of regular updates, attention to detail, and building trust with clients.

Organised and proactive, you thrive in fast-paced environments. You excel at problem-solving, coordinating teams, and guiding clients through their home-building journey with professionalism, empathy and a solutions-focused mindset. Your energy, reliability and people skills make you a standout in every interaction.
