A temporary full-time opportunity to to combine advanced clinical expertise with operational leadership, influencing service delivery and supporting positive outcomes for individuals with complex forensic mental health needs.
About the role
As a Clinical Nurse Consultant within the Community Forensic Outreach Service (CFOS), you will provide advanced clinical leadership and operational oversight to a multidisciplinary team delivering evidence-based forensic mental healthcare across a broad geographical region. Working closely with the Clinical Director, Operations Manager, and interprofessional clinicians, you will lead service delivery, provide clinical supervision, support workforce development, and drive service improvement initiatives that enhance care for consumers across Queensland. You will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality forensic mental health services while fostering a culture of clinical excellence, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
