Reporting to the CEO and Chief Operating Officer, you will be our sole marketer, owning day-to-day marketing across all channels and driving growth and visibility as we launch acta 2.0.
We're looking for someone who thrives in a startup environment, can build our content engine, social, blogs, written content, and creative assets and takes pride in execution.
The executive team and advisors will guide budget strategy and media-spend decisions, so your focus is hands-on delivery, content creation, and channel performance.
Primary Responsibilities
Marketing & Campaign Management:
Own the design & implementation of the company marketing plans, ensuring consistent messaging and branding Develop strategies to grow the company email database
Content Creation:
Design & create social media marketing campaigns Grow and develop our digital & social media audience Create & manage the social media presence & marketing initiatives for our brand Design and development of promotional materials, digital advertisements, and other communications.Create & write copy for the company blog & case studies
Analytics & Reporting: Track results in Google Analytics and Meta, and report on key campaigns and online/social activity on a project & monthly basis Maintain, develop and regularly update the Company Websites
This is a hands-on, high-impact role. we don't expect you to tick every box on day one. We'd love to hear where you already excel and what you're ready to develop. Knowledge & Qualifications 
Exceptional attention to detail Strong planning, time management, and project management skills Ability to analyse data to create and engage with an online audience Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work autonomously & collaboratively to ensure deadlines are met A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or equivalent — not essential, but advantageous.
Experience
3–5 years of hands-on marketing experience, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment Confident with Adobe Creative Suite design software, MS Office, Canva & Claude. Confident with YouTube & Video Editing Experience & knowledge with email marketing platforms (Campaign Monitor & Intercom preferred) Confident operating Google Analytics and Meta (Ads Manager & Business Suite), plus a solid understanding of Google Ads, SEO strategy, WordPress and HTML Experience in content strategy & creation. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

You’re an excellent communicator, with great writing skills and the ability to prioritise your work and manage projects. You’re a confident, high energy, self-motivated team player who thinks strategically and takes ownership — comfortable operating as the sole marketer in the business.  You are passionate about social media and excited by the opportunity to build a distinctive online presence for our brand. You know your way around graphic design software or are a quick learner. You consume a lot of content, enjoy sharing ideas and collaborating with your team.
