**Google Ads | Meta Ads | Digital Media | Media Strategy**G Squared is growing, and we’re looking for a**Paid Media Consultant**and a**Paid Media Senior Consultant**to join our award-winning Paid Media team.These roles are for experienced and charismatic performance marketers: someone who understands how paid media directly drives revenue and margin, not just clicks. You'll own growth strategies for leading brands, working hands-on across Google Ads, Meta Ads and many other digital platforms, while collaborating with specialists who help bring your strategy to life.You'll manage your own portfolio of clients, shape their paid media roadmaps, and be trusted to make commercial decisions that move the needle.**What you’ll do**As a Consultant, you'll be the strategic owner of your clients' paid media performance.➡️**Strategy & performance**Own and evolve paid media strategies for a mix of brands, with a clear focus on lead generation, revenue, ROAS and scalable growthDrive paid strategy across Google, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Programmatic and emerging channelsDevelop full-funnel media strategies from awareness to conversion➡️**Implementation & optimisation**Setup, optimise and report back on your media strategy, ensuring results hit your target KPIsUse data to make commercial decisions around budget allocation, optimisation, bidding strategy and creative directionWork with our creative team to generate assets to elevate performance➡️**Client leadership**Be the point of contact for clients: confident presenting strategy, results and recommendationsPitch your innovative ideas and implement test and learns in an environment with a learning mindsetAs a Senior Consultant, you will have additional responsibilities to:Take the lead on some of our larger client accountsMentor and lead a pod of Consultants, lifting the standard of the whole team, ensuring workload is balanced and processes followedEnsure client results across the pod are meeting targetsDrive strategic consultancy within your clients and your pods**What we're looking for**This role is ideal for someone who has already scaled numerous accounts and wants more ownership and influence. You are someone who believes in remaining hands-on with campaign management, whilst discussing results and strategy directly with your clients.**You'll bring:**4+ years of hands-on paid media experience for the Consultant Role, or 6+ years experience for the Senior Consultant roleDeep expertise in Google Ads and Meta AdsConfidence optimising campaigns based on performance data, feed quality and commercial outcomesExcellent communication skills, feeling at home and comfortable advising senior client stakeholdersHigh attention to detail with an inquisitive mindsetAbility to balance technical skills with charismatic client managementGoogle Tag Manager and website tracking experienceHigh proficiency in Microsoft suite (Excel & PowerPoint)Strong business acumen**Bonus points for:**CRO or ecommerce UX understandingExposure to marketplaces or omnichannel ecommerceProgrammatic or TikTok Ads experience**About G Squared**G Squared is a digital consultancy headquartered in the central Sydney suburb of Chippendale.We're a motivated team of like-minded individuals who love what we do, and have fun doing it.We are driven by implementing digital solutions which focus on innovative use of technologies and most importantly, generating results for our clients.Our consultancy has 4 main service pillars - Web, SEO, Paid Media and Creative.
