Mechanical Site manager

An experienced Mechanical Site Manager is sought to lead delivery on a major commercial project in Sydney. This is a hands-on role for a strong operator who can run site day-to-day, own the programme and QA, and manage a live subcontractor base through to defect-free handover. A great opportunity for someone ready to step onto a large, complex project with genuine career upside.

About the Role

• Lead mechanical services delivery on a major project
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers and site labour daily
• Own the programme, look-aheads and progress tracking
• Coordinate QA, ITPs, hold points and defect close-out
• Drive fire-rated ductwork, dampers and fire-mode coordination

Skills & Experience

• Proven $10M+ mechanical package delivery in Australia
• Strong QA, ITP and concealed-services inspection background
• Confident with Aconex, iTWOcx or similar platforms
• Solid grasp of mechanical fire-rating requirements
• Available for planned Saturdays and out-of-hours work
