Brisbane Gutter & Exteriors is a local, family-run business that makes Brisbane homes and commercial properties look their best. We handle everything on the outside; pressure washing, roof and house washing, solar panel cleaning, window cleaning and gutter cleaning. We've built our name on doing the job properly, turning up when we say we will, and leaving customers happy enough to tell their neighbours.

We're growing, and we're looking for another Exterior Cleaning Technician to join the crew.

The role

You'll be out on the road with our team, working across residential and commercial jobs around Brisbane and surrounds. No two days are the same ; one morning you might be soft-washing a two-storey Queenslander, the afternoon cleaning the gutters on a commercial building.

Day to day you'll be:

• Pressure washing driveways, paths, patios, fences and building exteriors
• Soft washing roofs and house exteriors
• Cleaning solar panels, windows and gutters
• Setting up and packing down equipment safely, including ladders and elevated work
• Doing basic maintenance on gear and keeping the vehicle tidy and stocked
• Talking with customers on site; explaining what you're doing and making sure they're happy before you leave

What we're after

We care more about attitude than years on the tools. If you've done this work before, great; we'll put you to work straight away. If you haven't but you're keen, reliable and willing to learn, we'll train you up.

Essential:

• Current driver's licence
• Physically fit; this is outdoor work, in the Queensland heat, on your feet
• Comfortable working at heights and on roofs
• Reliable, punctual and happy to start early
• Good with people; you're the face of the business on site
• Eye for detail and pride in leaving a job finished properly

Nice to have (or we'll help you get them):

• Working at Heights ticket
• Previous experience in pressure washing, window cleaning, roofing, gutters or a related trade
