Receptionist/Office Assistant

About You You enjoy being the person people can rely on. You're approachable, proactive and take pride in keeping things organised and running efficiently. You'll bring:

• Previous experience in reception, administration or office coordination
• A strong customer service mindset and professional presentation
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confidence managing multiple priorities in a busy environment
• A proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to learn
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications
• SAP experience is advantageous but not essential

What Your Days Look Like

• Managing the front desk, visitor arrivals and the main switchboard
• Coordinating courier bookings, deliveries and incoming mail
• Organising security passes and contractor access
• Maintaining office supplies, stationery, kitchen stock and amenities
• Processing purchase orders, invoices and receipting activities
• Managing car park access requests and records
• Supporting meeting room set-up, catering and office events
• Preparing welcome and farewell packs for employees
• Assisting Executive Assistants and internal teams with ad hoc requests
• Supporting the Office Manager with day-to-day office operations
