Your New Role

CV Services Group is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our growing team. This opportunity is ideal for a motivated leader with a strong background in electrical infrastructure, utilities, civil construction, or industrial projects.

Drawing on the experience and capabilities demonstrated by our current project leadership team, this role will see you take ownership of project delivery from initial planning through to completion, managing safety, quality, financial performance, procurement, client relationships, and workforce coordination.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing project delivery, budgets, forecasting and financial performanceLeading site teams, subcontractors and project stakeholdersEnsuring compliance with safety, quality and client requirementsPlanning and coordinating labour, procurement and resourcesIdentifying and managing project risks and opportunitiesMaintaining strong client relationships and delivering successful project outcomes

What You'll Need To Succeed

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Experience as an Electrical Project Manager, Senior Supervisor or Site ManagerStrong understanding of infrastructure, utilities, industrial or construction projectsProven experience managing project budgets, forecasting and commercial outcomesKnowledge of safety, quality and compliance systemsExcellent leadership and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentElectrical trade qualification and/or relevant industry qualificationsA commitment to delivering projects safely, efficiently and professionally
