Waverley Christian College is a forward thinking and culturally diverse Christian co-educational school from Kinder to Year 12. We have been providing students with a quality Christian educational experience for over 45 years. With campuses in Wantirna South and Narre Warren South, Waverley Christian College has an enrolment of over 2400 students with 400 staff across both campuses in 2026.

The Narre Warren South Campus is seeking a full-time Personal Assistant to the Head of Secondary.  This is a 12-month parental leave fixed term contract, commencing in October 2026. This vital role provides comprehensive support to the Head of Secondary and plays a key part in enhancing the operations of our Secondary sub-school.

You are an ideal candidate if you:

• Bring previous experience as a Personal Assistant, ideally in an educational setting (will be highly regarded)
• Take a flexible and proactive approach to your work, anticipating needs and solving problems independently, ensuring smooth operations
• Have high level organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Have good administrative and Microsoft Office 365 skills. Experience with school management software such as Synergetic will be highly regarded.
• Have excellent problem-solving skills
• Enjoy working in a team environment
• Are able to show a commitment to the values and ethos of Christian education
