HR - Admin Role

What You'll Do

• Manage employee queries relating to payroll, HR policies and procedures
• Manage employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding & offboarding
• Partner with leaders and employees across the site to provide practical HR advice
• Support employee performance management and workplace investigations
• Support Visa record keeping and checking activities
• Support site change initiatives, communications and site projects
• Maintain HR systems and employee records, ensuring compliance with legislative and business requirements
• Collaborate and participate with Payroll functions and Admin team members
• Support Quality Assurance Manager with Food Quality and Safety rules and paperwork (Freshcare and HACCP knowledge advantageous)
• Complete Logistics and general administrative duties
• Identify process improvements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

• 3+ years' experience in a HR, People & Culture or related people-focused function
• Exposure to employee and industrial relations matters
• Experience interpreting Awards and/or Enterprise Agreements
• Working knowledge of HR systems
• Exposure to payroll or timekeeping systems is advantageous (Xero Accounting highly regarded)
• Exposure to HACCP and Freshcare systems is advantageous
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• A collaborative, adaptable and relationship-focused approach
• A genuine commitment to safety, wellbeing and continuous improvement
• Previous experience in administration, customer service or office support
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Sound computer and systems skills (Microsoft Office)
