Head of Finance

The Company is seeking a Head of Finance to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the core finance rhythm, including board reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow. This role is pivotal in maintaining strong financial control across a multi-site environment and leading commercial analysis to provide valuable insights to senior leadership. The Head of Finance will also be expected to partner closely with operational GMs, marketing, and other functions, and to develop Power BI reporting, automation, and self-service capability. Additionally, the role involves identifying practical opportunities to use AI in finance and reporting and leading the development of an Analyst while supporting broader finance priorities. Applicants for the Head of Finance position at the company should have a strong background in commercial finance within a larger finance function, with a proven track record in both financial control and commercial finance. Experience in preparing board reporting and senior leadership packs, as well as strong capabilities in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow, are essential. Practical knowledge of Power BI and multi-site experience within hospitality, retail, FMCG, or a similar environment is also required.
