Project Coordinator

National Pharmacies is looking for a Project Administrator to support our Transformation team as we deliver some of the most exciting change initiatives in our 110+ year history.

YOUR MISSION IS TO...

Keep our Transformation projects moving by providing the administrative backbone that Project Managers and our Program Director rely on. You'll maintain accurate project documentation, coordinate meetings and workshops, track actions and deadlines, and help compile the reports and dashboards that keep our stakeholders informed. Working closely with Project Managers, Project Sponsors and external partners, you'll help ensure every project has the structure and support it needs to succeed.

WHAT YOU BRING

Organisation & Accuracy

• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with a sharp eye for detail

• Strong document management and record-keeping habits

Communication & Collaboration

• Confident written and verbal communication skills

• A collaborative approach and the ability to work well with a broad range of stakeholders

Technical Know-How

• Proficiency across Microsoft 365, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Experience with project management or collaboration systems (e.g. Monday.com) is a bonus

Adaptability

• The ability to juggle multiple competing priorities and still meet deadlines

• A Certificate IV in Business Administration, Project Administration or similar (desirable), or equivalent experience
