About the role
About Myhealth
At MyHealth, we offer the best of both worlds: the strength and resources of a large organisation, paired with the warmth and community spirit of a locally owned practice. With over 100 practices across Queensland, New South Wales, and Victoria, we have built an expansive, well-connected network of healthcare professionals — one that delivers the advantages of a large group without losing the close-knit culture that defines us.
About The Role
As the VIC Nurse Manager, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact across our Victorian nursing teams, providing clinical leadership, mentorship and support across multiple Myhealth practices. This is a full-time position shared between two part-time Nurse Managers, working 3 days per week, offering flexibility while working closely together to ensure consistency and continuity across the state.
You'll be a key support for our nurses and practice teams, helping to build confidence, strengthen clinical standards and create a culture where our teams feel supported to do their best work. From clinical governance and quality improvement through to education and mentoring, you'll play an important role in driving high-quality, patient-centred care across our network.
Working closely with the Myhealth Lead Nurse and clinic teams, you'll identify opportunities to improve the way we work, share knowledge and support our nurses in their ongoing development. A key focus of the role will be upskilling and training nursing teams in areas including GPCCMPs (Chronic Disease Management Plans) and Health Assessments, supporting teams to build confidence and consistency in these areas. You'll also work as a business partner with our practices, helping them identify opportunities to grow while maintaining high-quality clinical care and outcomes for patients. No two days will look exactly the same, with the opportunity to work across different practices, build strong relationships and make a meaningful difference to our nursing teams.
