National Dental Care (NDC) is seeking an experienced Associate Dentist to join Surfside Dental in Torquay, Victoria.

This is an exciting opportunity for a confident clinician to join a well-established, modern practice with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, patient-focused dentistry in a relaxed and supportive environment.

The successful candidate will work alongside an experienced team in a contemporary clinic, providing comprehensive dental care to a diverse patient base. This role is suited to a dentist who enjoys clinical autonomy, building strong patient relationships, and becoming part of a close-knit practice team.

We are looking for an experienced Associate Dentist to join Surfside Dental on a permanent basis.

About You

You will be an experienced dentist who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and building lasting relationships.

You Will Have

AHPRA registration with no restrictionsAustralian private practice experience (5+ years preferred)Strong clinical capability and confidence working independentlyExcellent communication skills and a patient-first approachA commitment to providing high-quality, evidence-based dentistryA team-focused attitude and willingness to contribute to a positive practice culture

Experience or special interests in areas such as cosmetic dentistry, Invisalign, implants, restorative dentistry, or advanced general dentistry will be highly regarded.
