Our Voice of Customer and Voice of Employee platform combines machine learning, text analytics, and data visualisation to turn feedback into clear, actionable insights that drive better decisions. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Customer Success Associate to support our customers and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

 What You’ll Do As a Customer Success Associate, you’ll support the team in helping customers get maximum value from the platform. Your day-to-day will include:

• Understanding how customers use the platform and identifying gaps or friction points
• Proactively engaging with end users to drive regular usage and feature adoption
• Supporting onboarding and ongoing customer enablement
• Working closely with marketing and product teams to help customers stay informed about new features, improvements, and best practices
• Ensuring the right customer stakeholders are engaged and receiving relevant updates
• Learning how renewals, upsell, and cross-sell conversations work in a SaaS business
• Assisting the Customer Success team with operational and account support tasks

 What We’re Looking For

• Previous work or internship experience in customer service, sales, consulting, or a technology environment (preferred but not mandatory)
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Comfortable engaging with customers and internal stakeholders
• Curious, proactive, and willing to learn in a fast-moving environment
• Interest in SaaS, technology, and customer experience
