About the role

We are seeking highly motivated Graduate Accountants to join our thriving taxation and business services team. In this full-time position, you will receive valuable on-the-job training / mentoring and gain hands-on experience in a supportive and professional environment.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing Income Tax Returns, BAS and IAS

• Processing client accounting data entries via software, eg Xero

• Liaising with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO)

• Maintaining accurate timesheet entries

• Attending monthly tax banter training

• Participating in accountant meetings

What we're looking for

• A recently completed or expected to be completed in 2026, university degree in accounting or a related field.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

• A proactive and collaborative approach to work

• The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

• Positive attitude and willingness to ask questions
