About the position:
We are currently seeking an organised and proactive Workforce Support Representative to join our team in Bendigo. As the first point of contact for many of our support staff, you'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy problem-solving, and take ownership of finding staffing solutions that ensure quality supports continue uninterrupted. Working closely with the Human Resources Manager and operational leaders, you will help coordinate rosters, support recruitment, and onboarding processes, maintain workforce records, monitor training compliance, and provide backup reception support when required. This is a fast-paced office-based role that requires strong problem-solving skills, flexibility, and a commitment to quality service delivery.
About you:
Experience in rostering, workforce planning, recruitment support, or HR administration
Strong organisational, communication and customer service skills
The ability to adapt quickly and respond to changing workforce needs
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and workforce management systems
A collaborative approach and a commitment to quality service delivery
An interest in the disability and community services sector
Experience in disability, health, community services, or aged care along with qualifications in HR/Business Administration or related field will be highly regarded
