We are seeking an experienced and motivated Supply Chain Officer to join our Customer Experience team. You will manage end-to-end supply chain activities, including procurement, inventory management, supplier coordination, demand planning and stock control.
In this role, you will analyse inventory and demand trends, manage purchase orders and work closely with suppliers, Warehouse, Customer Experience, Sales and Logistics teams to ensure inventory accuracy, supply continuity and effective procurement practices.

Key responsibilities
Lead inventory analysis and forecasting based on historical sales, demand trends and business requirements.
Raise, process, and manage purchase orders efficiently within the ERP system, ensuring accuracy of pricing, quantities, supplier information and delivery schedules.
Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock reconciliations to ensure system accuracy and inventory integrity.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely receipt, storage and distribution of inventory.
Liaise with suppliers and monitor performance regarding order acknowledgements, delivery schedules, product availability and any supply disruptions.
Prepare and manage supply chain reporting requirements.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in purchasing, inventory management, warehouse processes and supply chain efficiency.
Previous experience in supply chain, purchasing, procurement, inventory control or logistics.
Previous experience with Oracle NetSuite is highly preferred, or experience with other demand forecasting software and/or ERP systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications to analyse inventory data, prepare reports, monitor key metrics and support operational decision-making.
Experience managing inventory and stock control within an ERP environment in a B2B business.
Experience raising and managing purchase orders and supplier relationships.
Experience with forecasting, replenishment planning and inventory analysis.
Sound understanding of warehouse and logistics processes.
Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Business or a related discipline is preferred but not essential.
Experience within a distribution, wholesale, manufacturing or technical products environment is advantageous.
