Carpenter

Location: GREENWOOD, WA

Salary: $80,001 - $100,000

Job Type: Permanent position | Full time position

• Read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Construct, install, maintain, and repair timber structures and frameworks.
• Install wall framing, roof framing, flooring systems, and other structural components.
• Install doors, windows, skirting boards, architraves, and other finishing carpentry.
• Build decking, pergolas, timber cladding, and other outdoor structures.
• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble timber and other building materials.
• Safely and efficiently operate hand tools and power tools.
• Ensure all work complies with Australian building standards and workplace health and safety requirements.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
• Work independently and collaboratively with other tradespeople and site supervisors.

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A relevant trade qualification, such as a Certificate III in Carpentry or an equivalent overseas qualification.
• At least one year of full-time relevant work experience, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
• Experience in residential and/or commercial construction.
• The ability to read and interpret construction plans and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• The ability to work safely with minimal supervision.
