Through its network of 19 offices, the firm advises clients on complex, high-value transactions and disputes – matters requiring precise legal execution and a nuanced understanding of global market dynamics.

Our role

As a Paralegal within our Sydney office, you will support our corporate practice as well as Dispute Resolution team as needed. You will be involved in a broad range of work, including document drafting and preparation, process-driven tasks, client communications, and day-to-day file management.

Your work will span the following areas:

• Drafting, file management and client communications

• Support company secretarial and governance activities, including maintaining corporate records, preparing board materials and managing statutory registers

• Assist with regulatory compliance, including ASIC lodgments, deadline tracking and monitoring regulatory developments

• Coordinate document execution processes, including managing condition precedent/subsequent documents and transaction timelines

• Support disputes work by preparing hearing bundles, tracking key deadlines and assisting with case management

• Conduct legal research, due diligence and maintain internal precedents

To secure an interview, we are looking for

• 1–2 years' experience as a paralegal in a corporate/commercial legal environment (law firm or in-house)

• Solid understanding of corporate structures, company secretarial processes, and the Australian regulatory framework (ASIC familiarity preferred)

• Great communication skills, with a very keen eye for detail

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks

• Self-motivated, adaptable and comes with a "can-do" attitude
