The RoleSt Peter’s Girls’ School is seeking an inspirational and experienced educational leader to provide strategic and operational leadership of its Junior School.
Reporting directly to the Principal and as a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will lead the vision and future direction of the Junior School, fostering a culture of belonging, high expectations and continuous improvement.
This is a highly visible leadership opportunity for an accomplished educator who can inspire people, strengthen educational practice and build meaningful connections across the School community.

The OpportunityIn this role, you will:Provide strategic and operational leadership of the Reception to Year 6 Junior SchoolChampion contemporary teaching, learning and student wellbeingLead, develop and inspire staff through professional learning, coaching and mentoringUse research, data and evidence to drive educational improvement and innovationBuild strong relationships with students, families and the wider School communityContribute strategically as a member of the School’s Senior Leadership Team

Experience with the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) and postgraduate qualifications in Educational Leadership, Primary Education or a related field will be highly regarded.
