The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Brand Manager to join our Marketing team and support our Lotus brands. This is a highly commercial role with end-to-end ownership of a portfolio of internationally recognised FMCG brands. You’ll be responsible for driving profitable growth through strategic brand planning, commercial analysis, innovation and cross-functional collaboration. Working closely with our global Brand Partners and internal Sales, Shopper Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance, you’ll develop and execute plans that strengthen brand performance while delivering against financial and business objectives. Key Responsibilities

• Own the financial performance of your portfolio, including P&L management, forecasting, budgets and A&P investment.
• Analyse sales, market trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities and optimise brand performance.
• Develop and execute annual brand plans that deliver sustainable growth and achieve commercial objectives.
• Build strong partnerships with global Brand Partners through business planning, reporting and regular performance reviews.
• Collaborate with Sales, Shopper Marketing and Supply Chain to deliver best-in-class customer and retail execution.
• Influence key internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a commercially minded marketing professional who enjoys taking ownership, influencing stakeholders and delivering results.

• 3+ years’ experience in Brand Management or a similar FMCG marketing role.
• Exceptional commercial acumen with experience managing brand performance, budgets and P&L.
• Experience leading new product development and market launches.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across cross-functional teams.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive, collaborative approach and a genuine passion for brands and marketing.
