Operations Manager – headspace Early Psychosis;
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Operations Manager to join our headspace Early Psychosis Team – (Mount Druitt / Penrith / Parramatta).
This is an exciting leadership opportunity to oversee the day-to-day operations across three headspace Early Psychosis centres, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, youth-friendly mental health services. The successful candidate can be based at any one of our three headspace Early Psychosis sites, with regular travel between centres as required.
Working closely with the General Manager and multidisciplinary teams, you will play a key role in driving operational excellence, supporting service delivery, leading teams, and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Location: Mount Druitt | with travel across headspace sites (Parramatta & Penrith)
Work Type: Full-Time | Max-term until January 2028 with the possibility of extension.
Reports to: General Manager of Mental Health & Wellbeing

About You
You're not just an experienced operator, you're a people-first leader who understands that in mental health services, culture is central to safe, effective and compassionate care. You know how to bring multidisciplinary teams together across multiple sites, navigate complexity and change without losing sight of what matters, and create the conditions for a multidisciplinary team to do their best work.
You are equally comfortable contributing to strategic conversations with the General Manager and staying closely connected to being present on the day-to-day realities of service delivery, you lead with both head and heart, bringing sound judgement, empathy and clarity to complex and changing operational environments. You thrive in dynamic settings where priorities shift, no two days look the same, and your leadership helps keep people connected, focused and supported.
