About the Role

We are seeking a Medication Endorsed Enrolled Nurse to join our Night Duty team. Working under the direction of a Registered Nurse, you will provide safe, high-quality nursing care overnight, including medication administration, clinical assessments, documentation and responding to changes in residents' health and wellbeing.

As part of our care team, you will also assist with personal care and activities of daily living when required, ensuring residents receive compassionate, dignified and person-centred care throughout the night. This is an opportunity to join a close-knit team where you can build meaningful relationships with residents and make a genuine difference every shift.

About You

• Holds current AHPRA registration as a Medication Endorsed Enrolled Nurse

• Enjoys working collaboratively within a supportive team

• Has excellent clinical assessment, communication and problem-solving skills

• Is calm, organised and able to work confidently overnight

• Is committed to providing compassionate, person-centred care

• Understands that quality aged care includes both clinical nursing and hands-on resident support

• Experience in residential aged care is highly regarded but not essential.
