Your Role:

As a Home Care Support Worker, you’ll assist our clients in maintaining their independence and quality of life. Key duties include:

• Assisting with personal hygiene, feeding and medication.

• Supporting household tasks (cleaning, shopping).

• Providing social support and helping clients access their community.

• Offering companionship and emotional support.

What We’re Looking For:

• Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent from an Australian institution

• NDIS Screening Check & WWC Check

• First Aid & CPR Certificate

• Mandatory Vehicle & Driver’s License (Must have a reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance and Australian Drivers License)

• Commitment to Caring – A genuine desire to support the elderly with a compassionate and patient nature

• COVID-19 Vaccination – Minimum of two doses

• 1 Year of Experience in Aged Care/Disability Care (Preferred) or a strong willingness to learn

• Bilingual (Desirable, but not essential)

• Excellent Communication Skills – Able to connect easily with people.
