 Process Workers | Join Our Growing Production Team

Due to continued growth, we are recruiting multiple Process Workers to join our team. These are direct employment opportunities offering stable work, training and career development within a leading Australian food production business.

As a Process Worker, you will key at the very beginning of our poultry processing operation, including:

• Processing, handling and inspecting poultry products

• Sorting and grading products

• Loading and unloading cartons and materials

• Trimming and deboning poultry products

• Maintaining food safety, quality and hygiene standards

• Working as part of a team to achieve production targets

Our shifts typically commences 4:00am and finishes at 12 noon, depending on operational requirements.

This is a physically demanding role within a poultry processing environment. Team members may work in temperature-controlled areas and perform manual handling tasks throughout the shift.

 What we’re looking for

Previous manufacturing, process work, warehousing or food production experience is advantageous but not essential

• Reliable, punctual and safety focused

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

• Ability to work effectively within a team

• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Able to perform tasks that require standing for extended periods and light to moderate manual handling.

• Flexible and dependable with a positive attitude
