About the Role:

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator to join our Perth-based team. In this role, you will provide coordination and administrative support across project activities, helping the team deliver safely, efficiently and to a high standard. While the role is primarily based in Perth, it will involve ad hoc travel to project sites as required to support delivery, build strong relationships with site teams and ensure project requirements are met.

What you will do:
-Manage travel and accommodation arrangements for project staff, workforce, visitors and subcontractor employees utilising client booking and site access systems.
-Coordinate onboarding activities, PPE ordering, equipment requests and site access requirements including booking of required medicals and training.
-Maintain project registers, training matrices, contact lists and other key project records.
-Collate workforce timesheets and work with the John Holland payroll team to ensure employees are paid the correct hours per roster cycle.
-Coordinate project administration, documentation, reporting and correspondence to support day-to-day project delivery.
-Maintain project roster to ensure information is accurate and up to date.
-Liaise with internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers and stakeholders to ensure information is accurate, timely and well communicated.
-Assist with project planning, meeting coordination, action tracking and follow-up across key workstreams.
-Support procurement, onboarding, compliance and site-related processes as required.
-Travel to project sites on an ad hoc basis from Perth to provide hands-on coordination support and strengthen connection with site teams.

What we are looking for:
-Experience in a project coordination, project administration or similar role, ideally within construction, infrastructure, rail, engineering or a related industry.
-Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and keep things moving in a fast-paced project environment.
-Confident communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships across office and site-based teams.
-Demonstrated experience using client applications; ERMS and WORKFLOW.
-High attention to detail, with experience maintaining project documentation, registers and reporting.
-Willingness to undertake ad hoc travel to site from Perth when required.
