Property Manager

We are looking for a Property Manager to join our dynamic team at Harcourts Marketplace, a leading real estate team committed to excellence in property management. With a strong portfolio, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional service and maximizing asset value for our clients and tenants.

Job Description: We are seeking a proactive Property Manager to oversee the daily operations and end to end management of a portfolio of 135 properties. Reporting to the Head of Property Management, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient administration, maintenance, and client satisfaction across all properties under your supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of 130 properties, including owner/tenant relations, leasing, maintenance, and financial management.

Negotiate lease agreements, ensuring optimal occupancy levels and rental income.

Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Implement strategies to enhance property performance and asset value.

Requirements:

• Queensland Real Estate Salesperson Certificate.

• Australian Driver's License.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential property management.

• Friendly, outgoing personality

• Strong knowledge of RTA legislation

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

• Exceptional communication: Strong interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of stakeholders.

• Detail-oriented: Meticulous attention to detail for accurate record-keeping and compliance.

• Organised and efficient: Excellent time management and organisational skills to handle a busy workload.

• Australian citizenship required for this position.
