Due to high demand and enquiry, Frith Street ELC is opening new enrolment spaces and is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic staff members to join the team. 

Currently looking for Certificate III and Diploma Educators.

We are currently seeking Certificate III & Diploma Educators, who are passionate about early childhood education and care and has experience in leading a group of children in the sector. 

Our Educators build and maintain positive relationships with children, families and the local community and most importantly you will make a difference to the lives of the children in our care.

As an Educator your role will entail:

• Demonstrate a committed work ethic in successfully completing the course while caring for young children.

• Be willing to be a contributing team member through effective communication, active supervision and creating supportive, stimulating and secure learning environments.

• Demonstrate enthusiasm and passion for working with children and caring for their needs. 

• Be willing to work within a RIE inspired environment that focuses on Primary Educator Relationships through a play-based curriculum.

• Demonstrate awareness of decision-making within the child safe standards and relevant learning frameworks.
