iThrive Health is looking for an enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join our established multidisciplinary team at our West Leederville clinic.
This is an opportunity to join a growing allied health organisation with a large team of passionate Occupational Therapists and Speech Pathologists, strong clinical leadership and a culture built around collaboration, professional development and genuinely enjoying where you work.
With iThrive continuing to grow across multiple locations, we're looking for an OT who wants to develop their clinical skills, work alongside experienced therapists and build a rewarding long-term career within a supportive team.
The roleYou'll work with a varied paediatric caseload, providing Occupational Therapy to children and adolescents across our West Leederville clinic as well as within schools, homes and community settings.
Our clients present with a broad range of developmental and functional needs, including Autism, ADHD, developmental delay, sensory processing differences, emotional regulation, motor coordination and everyday functional skills.
Your role will include:
Individual clinic-based Occupational Therapy
School and community-based intervention
Developmental and functional assessments
Parent, teacher and stakeholder collaboration
Individualised therapy planning
Working collaboratively alongside our OT and Speech Pathology teams
You'll have the flexibility to develop your own areas of clinical interest while being surrounded by clinicians with diverse experience and expertise.

You'll join a large and experienced therapy team across Occupational Therapy and Speech Pathology, with opportunities for regular collaboration, case discussion and shared learning.
Importantly, you'll receive weekly clinical supervision from experienced Senior Occupational Therapists, providing dedicated time to discuss cases, develop your clinical reasoning and continue building confidence and capability as a therapist.

What we're looking forWe're looking for an Occupational Therapist who:
Has a minimum of 1 year post-graduate clinical experience
Holds current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
Has an interest in paediatric and developmental practice
Enjoys working collaboratively with children, families and schools
Values ongoing learning and professional development
Communicates confidently and builds strong relationships
Wants to be part of a collaborative and supportive clinical team
Is looking for an organisation where they can continue developing their career
Paediatric experience is highly regarded, although therapists from other clinical backgrounds with strong transferable skills and an interest in paediatrics are encouraged to apply.
What we offerSalary of $90,000–$105,000 + superannuation, depending on experience and capability.
