Join the Diplomatic Technology Customer Engagement team and put your technical skills to work protecting critical systems, supporting users across multiple channels, and tackling complex IT challenges alongside a collaborative team. From strengthening network security to championing cybersecurity best practices, you'll play a key role in safeguarding the technology that powers diplomacy in Australia.

Major duties and responsibilities include:

• Systems administration and technical support

• Training, knowledge management, and cybersecurity

• Projects and administrative support

Applicants must have:

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, Library and Data Science/Analytics, or Audio/Visual Communications and Technology, plus 2 years of experience in computer networking, network management, or systems utilization

• 2 years of full-time college studies plus 4 years of experience in computer networking, network management, or systems utilization

• Demonstrated knowledge of hardware, software, and cloud-based technologies; computer networking; or the technical aspects of systems analysis, application development, and management advisory services
